Digital dolls are a sort of combination of character design, fashion design, and if you really get into creating backgrounds and dynamic poses, illustration too. Often it's also a collaborative art form; one artist makes and provides the base body for use by other artists who then deck it out with hair, clothes and whatnot.
Dolls have been divided into two sections; those from before I took a break, and those from afterwards. The ones from afterwards are waaaaay better than most in the other section. My personal favourites are marked with a heart
Please note: There are some dolls I am missing base credits for. I took a long break from keeping up with the dolling world and in that time several sites disappeared or moved. I tracked some down, but If you know where a base credit should be directed for any doll without a link, please let me know via the c-box or email!
- Dolls are marked as either Adoptable or Not adoptable. Adoptable dolls may be saved and displayed on your site on an "adopted dolls" page, but MUST be clearly accompanied by a link back to this site. This is the only way in which my dolls may be displayed outside of this site; use as avatars/forum signatures or decorations for your site are not acceptable uses. Upload the adopted doll to your own webspace and do not hot-link them from here; I have blocked hot-linking so nothing will show up. Anything marked as not adoptable may not be re-posted anywhere no matter how much you like it. You're free to save anything to your own computer and just look at it however much you want though.
- No part of any of my dolls may be reproduced in any way as part of anothers work and should not be altered in any way. Dolls are NOT CLIPART. They may not be used as part of another graphic.
